About us

Bundlescrow INC exists to make high-value online purchases less fragile.

We help buyers and sellers complete deals through a structured escrow inspection workflow: transaction setup, seller-to-escrow shipment, independent review, buyer report, final delivery, and seller payout.

The problem

Online trust breaks down when money and goods move at the same time.

Private sellers want confidence that a buyer is serious. Buyers want confidence that the item exists, matches the description, and can be delivered safely. Marketplaces and brokers need a workflow that documents the handoff without forcing every party to improvise.

Bundlescrow INC was designed around the middle step that most peer-to-peer deals are missing: a dedicated escrow department that can receive, inspect, document, report, and ship before payout is released.

Seller certainty

The seller receives verified escrow coordinates and knows the item is going into a documented transaction path.

Buyer confidence

The buyer receives an inspection report before the escrow department forwards the item.

Documented outcome

Photos, tracking, identifiers, condition notes, and approval events support a clear payout decision.

Operating model

What the escrow department actually does.

01

Intake setup

Transaction details, item identifiers, inspection rules, shipping responsibilities, and payout conditions are recorded.

02

Agent assignment

The seller receives verified receiving coordinates for the assigned escrow agent or department.

03

Item inspection

Escrow staff document the received item, review condition, and compare evidence against the transaction terms.

04

Buyer report

The buyer receives a clear report with photos, notes, exceptions, and next-step options.

05

Delivery and payout

After approval, the escrow department ships to the buyer and releases payout to the seller.

What we handle

Escrow inspection is useful anywhere the item matters.

Our workflow is built for online purchases where a buyer cannot easily inspect before payment: electronics, luxury goods, collectibles, business equipment, vehicles, domain or website transfers, and brokered transactions.

For each category, the evidence changes. A watch may need authentication notes. A server may need serial numbers and power-on photos. A domain may need registrar confirmation. The goal stays the same: make the transaction decision evidence-led.

Physical goods

Inbound receiving, condition checks, report photos, insured final delivery.

Digital assets

Transfer verification, access evidence, registrar or platform confirmation.

Marketplaces

Status events, seller instructions, buyer report workflows, payout triggers.

Brokers

Neutral documentation for deals with multiple stakeholders.

Our promise

Both sides should know what happens next.

We design escrow communication around verified instructions, plain-language reports, documented exceptions, and predictable next steps. That is how both parties stay protected.

Principles

The standards behind the workflow.

Verify first

Funds and goods should move only after official transaction IDs and escrow coordinates are confirmed.

Document clearly

Reports should be specific enough for a buyer and seller to understand the outcome.

Protect both sides

Seller payout and buyer delivery should follow the same written transaction record.

Respect compliance

Escrow and payment services may require verification, restrictions, regulated partners, and recordkeeping.
