FAQ

Questions buyers and sellers ask before using escrow inspection.

Clear answers make better transaction terms.

What is online escrow?

Online escrow is a conditional transaction process. In the Bundlescrow INC workflow, the seller sends the item to an assigned escrow agent, the escrow department inspects it, the buyer receives a report, and seller payout happens after the approved final delivery path is complete.

Can I use this for any item?

No. Some categories are restricted by law, payment rails, risk controls, or company policy. High-risk, illegal, sanctioned, unsafe, or unverifiable items may be refused.

When does the seller get paid?

The seller is paid after the escrow department receives and inspects the item, the buyer approves the report, and Bundlescrow INC ships the item to the buyer or completes another written release trigger.

What if the buyer does not respond to the report?

The transaction should define a report response period and the next step if the buyer does not respond. If the buyer does not open a valid dispute before the deadline, Bundlescrow INC may proceed according to the agreed payout, final delivery, or return terms.

What happens in a dispute?

The parties submit evidence and Bundlescrow INC considers escrow intake records, inspection photos, carrier records, documents, and communications. Depending on the terms, the result may be final delivery, return, refund, correction, release, or partial settlement.

Does the website collect payment details?

No. The public forms collect transaction context and contact details only. Never submit card numbers, banking passwords, private keys, or seed phrases through these forms.

Can marketplaces integrate escrow?

Yes. Marketplaces can start with hosted intake and later integrate transaction creation, seller-to-escrow shipment status, inspection reports, final delivery status, payout status, and webhook events.

Is this legal advice?

No. The website is general information. Escrow, money transmission, consumer protection, tax, and marketplace rules vary by jurisdiction.
