2. Detailed 5-Step Escrow Workflow

All users are required to adhere to the standardized 5-step escrow inspection workflow to ensure transaction integrity:

1. Create Transaction: The buyer and seller must establish and record the transaction terms, including item description, total price, specific escrow intake instructions, agreed-upon inspection standards, final delivery path, and explicit payout trigger conditions.
2. Seller Coordinates: Upon transaction validation, the seller receives verified receiving details for an assigned Bundlescrow INC escrow agent. The seller is responsible for shipping the item to this location for physical inspection.
3. Escrow Inspection: The Bundlescrow INC escrow department receives the item, conducts a thorough examination, documents the current condition, and prepares a detailed inspection report.
4. Buyer Review: The buyer receives the inspection report prepared by our agents. The buyer must review this report to confirm whether the item matches the description and conditions specified in the original deal.
5. Ship and Payout: If the buyer approves the report, Bundlescrow INC facilitates the final shipment to the buyer and releases the seller payout in accordance with the transaction rules.

3. Fees, Payments, and Financial Policy

• Fee Structure: Our services are subject to an indicative fee of 1.25% of the transaction amount, with a mandatory minimum fee of $10 and a maximum cap of $750. Final pricing is determined by the specific payment rails, currency, verification requirements, and agreed transaction terms.
• Payment Integrity: To ensure the highest level of security, we do not collect credit card data or banking credentials directly through this website. All public forms are designed to collect contact and deal context only. Payment instructions must be verified separately and sent strictly through authorized, secure channels.

4. Liability and Indemnification

Bundlescrow INC is responsible for the coordination of the escrow workflow and the accuracy of the inspection report based on the conditions present at the time of inspection. We are not liable for transit damages occurring after the item leaves our escrow facility, hidden defects not discoverable through standard inspection procedures, or losses resulting from unauthorized payment channels. You agree to indemnify Bundlescrow INC against any claims arising from a breach of these Terms.
