Process

Escrow is a protected handoff through inspection and final delivery.

Bundlescrow INC helps both sides define the transaction before the seller ships to an escrow agent and before the buyer receives the final package.

01

Create the deal or transaction

The buyer, seller, broker, or marketplace enters the item, price, currency, escrow intake requirements, inspection standard, documents, and payout criteria. The record should be specific enough that either party can understand what "complete" means.

  • Item description, serial numbers, VIN, domain name, or project scope.
  • Who pays escrow fees, inbound shipping, final shipping, insurance, and taxes.
  • Escrow inspection checklist, report format, and dispute evidence requirements.
02

Seller receives escrow agent coordinates

After the transaction is accepted, the seller receives verified receiving details for the assigned Bundlescrow INC escrow agent or department. The seller should verify the domain, support channel, transaction ID, and shipping instructions before sending the item.

03

Escrow department receives and inspects

Bundlescrow INC receives the shipment, records intake evidence, checks identifiers and condition, reviews documents or authentication signals, and prepares an inspection report for the buyer.

04

Buyer reviews the escrow report

The buyer receives the inspection report and can approve, request clarification, or open a dispute within the agreed response window. If no response is received, the transaction follows the pre-agreed next step, payout rule, or return rule.

05

Escrow ships to buyer and seller is paid

When the buyer approves, the Bundlescrow INC escrow department ships the item to the buyer and releases payout to the seller according to the written terms. If a dispute is opened, Bundlescrow INC follows the documented evidence procedure.
